At AnonSMS, we are committed to providing a secure and reliable global anonymous messaging service. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase only if our service fails to perform as described due to technical issues on our end. Eligibility is limited to the following cases:

Credits Not Delivered : You successfully completed a payment, but the credits were not added to your account balance within 24 hours.

Systemic Technical Failure : Our gateway or server experiences a verified technical outage that prevents all messages from being processed.

Duplicate Charges : A technical error in the payment gateway caused you to be charged more than once for the same transaction.

Requirements for Refund:

  1. 1.You must contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the technical issue.
  2. 2.You must provide necessary details for investigation (e.g., payment receipt, target country, and timestamp).
  3. 3.Your account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sending prohibited content).

When Refunds Are Not Granted

To maintain the integrity of our network, we do not issue refunds for:

Non-Delivery due to Recipient Issues : The message was successfully sent from our gateway but failed to reach the recipient because their phone was turned off, out of range, has an inactive number, or has blocked anonymous texts.

Change of Mind : You purchased credits but decided not to use them.

User Misunderstanding : For example, you expected a reply but sent the message as a guest (Guest users cannot receive replies) or you misunderstood the anonymity features.

Policy Violations : Your message was blocked by our system or local carriers for containing harassment, threats, scams, or any content that violates our Terms of Service.

Partial Usage : If you purchased a credit bundle and have already successfully sent messages using a portion of those credits, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

🔁Special Notice:

We offer two models (Pay-as-you-go and Subscription)

No Subscription Model

We operate on a "Pay-as-you-go" model. Therefore, we do not accept refund requests based on "remaining unused credits."

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If the service you have purchased includes a subscription component:

Unless you actively cancel it, the subscription service will automatically renew.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via "Account Settings."

Once a renewal payment has been successfully processed, we will not issue a refund.

🛠️How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Contact support@anonsms.com.

Include Details:

  • The email address used for the purchase or the Order ID.
  • A screenshot of your payment confirmation.
  • A brief description of the technical issue (e.g., credits missing or error messages). Please do not include the sensitive content of your messages.
Processing: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️Abuse & Chargebacks

We monitor for refund abuse and fraudulent behavior. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban of your account and your payment information from our platform.
